When and where is the wedding?

The wedding will take place over the weekend of October 10-12 at L’and Vineyards in Montemor-o-Novo, Portugal. The welcome event will be on Friday evening, the wedding day will be on Saturday and the leaving breakfast will be on Sunday.

Where can I stay?

We’ve blocked all suites and a handful of villas at L'and Vineyards at a special rate for our guests, from 10-12 October. You can view accommodation options here, and submit your accommodation request on your RSVP.

When is check-in and checkout?

Check-in officially starts at 3 pm on Friday, October 10. Checkout will be at noon on Sunday, October 12.

What should I wear?

Dressy-casual at the welcome event. We want you to look good and feel good - but it’s more casual than the wedding day. Please avoid wearing white, off-white, or similar shades as the bride. Formal/Cocktail on the wedding day. Bring out the big guns and wear your best dresses and suits (with tie). Note that there will be grass to walk on outside at L’and so make sure your shoes are comfortable too. Please avoid wearing white, off-white, or similar shades as the bride. No dress code for the leaving breakfast. If you’ve made it there you’re already winning.

What should I do if I can't attend?

We’ll miss you! Please let us know as soon as possible by indicating it on the RSVP form, so we can finalise our plans.

How can I get to the venue?

L’and Vineyards is located about 45 minutes from Lisbon Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS). A taxi, Uber, or other rideshare app from Lisbon Airport is approximately €60-75. Alternatively, we recommend renting a car for ultimate flexibility.

Can I arrive before or stay longer?

Yes of course! You can book those extra days directly with L’and or reach out to us and we’ll put you in touch with the right person to ensure you can keep your same room the whole time.

Will transportation be provided?

Transportation to the church ceremony on Saturday will be provided for those staying at L’and. Transportation to and from the airport is not provided.

Can I bring a plus-one?

We have reserved a spot for each guest listed on your invitation. If something changes or we’ve missed someone, please reach out to us.

What will the weather be like?

Temperatures in October in Alentejo can change pretty drastically from day to night. You can expect temperatures around 25ºC/77ºF during the day and 12ºC/54ºF at night. The sun is strong so if it’s out and shining it’ll feel hotter. Similarly, at night if there’s wind it’ll feel colder. Layers and sunscreen are your friends!
